At Sassy Rocks we do our absolute best to get your orders processed and sent out as soon as possible so that you can start enjoying your purchases.
We currently use Royal Mail to complete all of our shipping.
All orders placed are dispatched by the following working day. Our working days are Monday through to Friday, therefore any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank Holiday will be sent out the following working day.
UK
Standard: Royal Mail 1st class signed for (2-3 working days) £2.95
Free for orders over £50
Express: Royal Mail special delivery (1pm next day) (excluding Sunday and Bank Holidays) £6.95
Free for orders over £100
Next day delivery: All orders must be received by 3pm on a working day in order to allow enough time to process and dispatch the order for next day delivery.
Europe
Europe Standard*: 3-5 working days £3.95
Free for orders over £60
Tracked and signed: 3-5 working days £10
International
International standard*: 5-7 working days £5.95
Free for orders over £70
International tracked and signed: 5-7 working days: £12
If there are any customs or duty charges applied by the destination country, then these costs will need to be met by you as the customer.
Customs may delay some worldwide deliveries by up to 20 days.
*Please note that if you select a standard delivery method then we are not responsible for any parcels that go missing in transit.
