Returns and exchange policy

 All of our items are quality checked prior to dispatch and we hope you love your purchases as much as we do. 

 In the event that you have changed your mind and would like to return your purchase for a refund then please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@sassyrocks.com to arrange this by providing your order number.  If your item is faulty then please get in touch within 2 days of receiving the item. 

Once your return request has been received, we will email you details with instructions on sending us your returned item.

Items must be returned in unworn condition with the original packaging.  Any items returned in an unsaleable condition will not be processed for a return and notification via email of this will be provided. 

For hygiene purposes, earrings are exempt from our return policy and cannot be refunded.

Please ensure when sending back any items that you obtain proof of postage as we are not responsible for any packages that go missing in transit. 

All postage costs, including those relating to initial dispatch and any incurred to return the item, will be met by the customer and will not be refunded.

How long will a refund take?

All returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified by email once completed.  Please note that we cannot refund postage costs and additional postage charges will apply for exchanged items.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if the item returned is sent back in original condition then it can be exchanged for another.  This will be dispatched once the return item has been received by us.

International returns

Please follow the steps above to process any return, with all elements of the returns policy applying to international orders. 

In addition to this, any custom taxes or duty charges incurred will not be refunded and we recommend marking your item as a ‘returned good’ when sending this back to us.
